Novel biomaterials for diagnostics and therapeutics of biomedical issues have been considered using science health care. Halloysite nanotubes (HNTs) are naturally occurring aluminosilicate clay. Because their unique hollow tubular structure, biodegradability, mechanical surface properties, they drawn the attention researchers to a variety applications. HNTs inorganic natural aluminosilicates that tubular-shaped nanosized. These well-known nanofillers nanocontainers used develop composites various applications load bioactive molecules therapeutic agents. HNTs-polymer nanocomposites, characterizations, in fields all covered this review paper. The current article provides an overview medical settings, focusing on individualized drug loading methods applications, which may aid developing novel engineering
